You’re really good at connecting with people, you show great empathy and you’re a world class listener! You know how to make someone feel seen, heard, and you have the capacity to love deeply.
Knowing that you can understand others makes you feel good and giving love and support is one of the most fulfilling things for you.
The relationship with the Universe is rooted in the balance between giving and taking— and with all that goodness and love you’re putting out in the world, you’ve definitely got a healthy credit with the Universe bank!
So how about cashing that credit in and receiving some of that goodness back for yourself? You’re greatly fulfilled by your connection with others, but…if you’re really honest about it, you often feel that understanding and support don’t come back to you at the same level.
You clearly have a desire for relationships that connect deeper and you surely deserve to receive love and support.
So what needs to change for you to receive from the Universe everything you want?

Allow Yourself
to Receive
Although we can’t make other people give us the love we need—the Universe has got our back!
In fact, if you start working on removing the blocks that might hold back how much love and support you’re allowing yourself to receive, then you will start to notice things moving your way.
Here are 3 things you can do to receive more love and support in your life
1. START THE DAY RIGHT
Starting the day right and setting the flow in the right direction is really important. So in the moment, as soon as you wake up, you want to turn your attention to yourself before you turn it to anyone else.
A simple way to do this: put both hands over your heart and breathe into your heart center. Breathe in. Breathe out. Do this for at least three rounds (or more if you can) of breathing.
You can repeat this exercise anytime you need it throughout the day; before taking care of someone else, before answering the phone, or interacting with a loved one.
Do this first thing each morning for a week and watch magic start to unfold.
2. AMPLIFY YOUR RECEIVING ENERGY
Before receiving from others, it’s important you learn to receive from yourself!
Get in the habit of doing one thing each day to show yourself love. Think of the smallest things that make you happy and light up your day.
You could buy yourself flowers, take a long lunch break, treat yourself to a massage or wear that lovely outfit that makes you feel beautiful.
If all of this still seems too big at first, just start by noticing how amazing you are and pay yourself a compliment while you’re looking in the mirror.
3. YOUR MAGICAL AFFIRMATION
Make this a ffirmation yours and repeat it regularly:
“Love is always flowing to me.
